As a member of this consortium, the Harnett County Library and  affiliate/branch libraries have access to a shared catalog with other participating library systems  as well as an integrated library system and shared library material. 6. The Harnett County Public Library respectfully requests permission to apply for the State Library  of North Carolina’s Bright Ideas Grant. The general goal for this grant is to inspire and galvanize  libraries with an opportunity that will allow for the design and implementation of creative  solutions and innovative ideas to solve unique problems in their communities.
